What if my leather gets wet ?
No leather is waterproof!Try to keep your leather bag as dry as possible, but if it does get wet – don’t panic! Using a soft cloth wipe away as much moisture as possible. Let the bag air-dry naturally until completely dry. Stuff the bag with paper or clothing to help it retain its shape while drying. Never use a hairdryer, heater, or any type of heat to dry your leather bag. When leather gets wet, the oils in the leather bind to the water molecules. As the water dries and evaporates, it draws out the oils with it. The leather's loss of natural oils causes it to lose its supple quality and turn brittle.

Does RISA give any warranty?
All items are covered under 5 year warranty on the leather quality and it won’t get ripped/torn. Unfortunately, there is no warranty for the leather being spoilt by unnatural issues such as water/liquid marks, ink marks, etc
How can I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order number. Within 7 business days your order will be shipped, automatically the team will update your tracking number on the website. The order can be tracked via simply clicking on the tracking number or by going through it via Canada post, or any other third-party shipping company it may mention.
When will my order ship?
The estimated delivery time will differ with each order. Mostly, we take around 7 business days to dispatch our orders and 14 days to dispatch Customized orders depending upon the style. All customization orders are dispatched on receiving full payment in advance. There are no returns on customization order hence the customer must go through the customization form thoroughly before placing the order.
Can I modify my order after it has been placed online?
Yes, you can modify your order or product via an e-mail within 48 hours for more or equal value.
What is your return policy?
You can return your products within 14 days. Only after inspection, will the customer be informed for the refund status. We only offer store credit for equal or same amount.

All our products are handcrafted at our private atelier in India.
Do you customize if the customer provides you with a design?
Yes, we do . The designs aren’t exactly copied until unless it’s an original tech pack by the customer. Risa in no way supports plagiarism. However, we do tweak a few things in the bag to make it into a RISA exclusive . The cost of the bag is first given to the customer, lots of colour options, leather options are approved by the customer and once we are all sorted The order is processed.
